Refunds After Returns - Item Condition

If you wish to return an item, a refund will only be issued if the following conditions are met:

  • The item must not be personalized. Exchanges and returns are not possible for personalized items.
  • The item must be new and unused.
  • It must be returned in the same condition it was sent, with all tags attached.

If the returned item does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt, along with valid proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Fee for Refunds

£ 4.90 fee will be applied only for returns requesting a refund. This fee covers logistical costs, including the administrative processing of returned products.

Reason for the Return Fee

This fee reflects the costs incurred for logistics, inspection, reintegration into stock, and administrative processing. This practice allows us to continue offering high-quality service to our customers.

Exemption from Fee for Size Exchanges

If a customer wishes to exchange an item for a different size, the £ 4.90 fee will not be applied. However, shipping costs for both sending and returning the item will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Procedure

If you choose to return a product for a refund, the product’s value (minus the €5.99 return fee) will be refunded within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
